The hotel is actually more like a 3-star than a 4-star, but still offers spacious and clean rooms with 3 single beds at a good price. The service is super friendly and helpful, even providing advice for better room ventilation. The location is convenient, close to major tourist attractions and modes of transportation. The dining options are a mixed bag, with some good choices but also some disappointing experiences.
The hotel is conveniently located near Seoul Station, making it easy to access different attractions. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, but the staff's friendliness could be more consistent. The dining options offer good value for money with a fantastic view. The overall experience provides a balance of positives and drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious for three of us, had a badly damaged cabinet door and an odd bathroom layout. They appeared clean and modern, but looked a bit old. The staff was very helpful, but I encountered one who wasn't friendly when I asked for directions to a massage shop nearby.
